Sessions are intentionally designed to be client centered & individualized.
First session includes occupational profile, assessments, intake forms, & questions regarding individual’s concerns & goals.
Future session will focus on strategies using body based tools, somatic-emotional regulation based tools, & nervous system integration tools.
Integrated Body Work

Integrative bodywork enhances the body through bridging the body’s connective tissue, energy pathways, and structural patterns to support physical relief, emotional release, and lasting regulation.
The body stores experiences, stress, and emotions over time. Through gentle, intentional touch and movement, the body can begin to release what it no longer needs—often without reliving or verbalizing past experiences.
Emotional release may look like deep relaxation, spontaneous breath changes, tears, warmth, or a sense of relief.
This work is designed not only to relieve pain, but to improve how you function, feel, and show up in your everyday activities.

Fascial Stretching focuses on the body’s fascia (the web of connective tissue that surrounds muscles, joints, organs, and nerves).
When fascia becomes restricted from stress, posture, injury, or emotional holding, it can limit movement, circulation, and nervous system regulation.
Benefits:
Improves mobility and joint space
Releases chronic tension and holding patterns
Enhances circulation and lymphatic flow
Signals safety to the nervous system

Acupressure is a hands-on technique that works along the body’s meridian highways & chakra’s. It influences organs, connective tissue, emotions, and the nervous system.
By applying sustained, gentle pressure to specific points, acupressure helps regulate stress responses and restore energetic flow.
This work supports the body’s innate ability to self-regulate, often creating deep relaxation and emotional clarity.
Acupressure can:
Calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety
Support digestion, hormonal balance, and sleep
Release emotional tension held in the body
Improve pain patterns and muscle guarding

Zero Balancing is a gentle bodywork modality that works at the interface of bone, structure, and energy. Using precise finger pressure and clear touch, it helps the body reorganize around its natural alignment and stability.
Clients often experience emotional release, insight, or a profound sense of reset without needing to “talk through” anything.
Zero Balancing:
Balances skeletal structure and posture
Releases deeply held tension patterns
Improves energy flow through the joints and bones
Creates a sense of grounding, clarity, and embodiment

Sessions may include a combination of fascial stretching, acupressure, zero balancing, and nervous-system-informed touch — depending on your needs.
First session includes body based assessments, intake forms, & questions regarding individual’s concerns & goals, and past medical history.
You may be:
Fully clothed wearing comfortable clothing such as leggings & a loose fitted top
Wearing a sports bra for areas like shoulders, back, or hips if that feels comfortable to you.

Originally trained as an Occupational Therapist, Nicole developed a passion for addressing the whole person.
Her practice integrates eastern & western medicine to enhance others performance, & meaning within their daily activities.
Nicole has extensive experience in treating clients throughout the lifespan!

At Soul Align Wellness we integrate Occupational Therapy principles with complementary approaches (EXPLAIN) to support performance in daily life.
Care is guided collaboratively, with client-centered goals that reflect each individual’s values, priorities, & desires.
We create individualized treatment plans focused within mind–body practices, nervous system regulation & lifestyle optimization.
Our intention is reminding others that we can do life differently with more centered and aligned living.

It’s rare to find someone well studied on eastern philosophies who acknowledges western medicine. It’s even rarer to fine someone who actually integrates both in practice. Nicole is a true healer. We have been working together since November using a whole body approach to healing some chronic pain issues that I decided I could no longer tolerate. Letting someone in my energy space is not easy, but she makes me feel at home in my body. Nicole has been an amazing presence in my life! Her work has truly helped me release emotional trauma from my body that I blocked out of my awareness.
